What we collect. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: name, company, email address, country, and the content of your message. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes on this site, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we use it. Information submitted through our contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a business relationship develops, to scope and deliver the services discussed. We do not add contacts to a marketing list without explicit consent.
Client data processed under engagement. Where Prime Quest is engaged to process personal data on behalf of a client (for example, as part of a data processing or back-office service), that processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement meeting the requirements of Article 28 GDPR, agreed individually with that client before work begins — not by this general website privacy policy. Data retention. Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of business correspondence, and are deleted on request.
Your rights. If you are located in the EU/EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with statutory data subject rights, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by contacting contact@primequest.online.
Third-party services. This site uses Google Fonts, served via Google's content delivery network, to display typography. No personal data is knowingly shared with Google through this integration beyond standard web request information (such as IP address) inherent to font delivery.
Scope. Any services described on this website are subject to a separate, individually negotiated service agreement, statement of work, and — where applicable — Data Processing Agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or contract.
Pilot engagements. Where a fixed-scope pilot is agreed, its specific duration, deliverables, pricing, and acceptance criteria will be documented in a signed pilot agreement prior to commencement. Indicative rates and durations shown on this website (such as "12 weeks" or stated hourly ranges) are illustrative starting points for discussion, not fixed commitments.
Confidentiality. Prime Quest is willing to sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before any detailed scoping discussion that involves sensitive client information.
Governing law. Unless otherwise agreed in a specific client contract, engagements with Prime Quest Private Limited are governed by the laws of Nepal. Clients engaging through a regional governance partner may have contracts governed by the law of that partner's jurisdiction, as set out in the relevant client agreement.
